It’s that time of year again…pumpkin season! Otherwise known as fall, this is the time of year that everything explodes with featured pumpkin flavors. The best part about this recipe is that it’s good for you and can be a delicious dessert any time of year. My sister first introduced me to pumpkin dip years ago and we’ve been hooked ever since!
Healthy, Easy Pumpkin Fluff Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 3/4 cup organic canned pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbs. vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 Tbs. stevia sweetener
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- Back to Nature Madagascar Vanilla Wafers (or other healthy cookie)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Add pumpkin and greek yogurt and mix well.
- Add stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy with your favorite healthy cookie!
