These oatmeal cookies are super easy for any day of the week and the best part is, you probably already have all the ingredients you need to make them. They also freeze well, so go ahead and make a big batch and save them for later, if you can!
Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas, smashed
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, nuts, or raisins
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake cookies for 15 minutes or until the edges are just brown.
- Cool and enjoy!
Tips: You can add whatever toppings you want to these delicious cookies. Personally, I love dark chocolate chips, but raisins, craisins, slivered almonds or chopped walnuts are all great options!
