These 5 quick and easy dessert recipes are great for any night of the week and include ingredients you probably already have around your house. With very little prep work, you can pig out on healthy desserts and wake up feeling happy and healthy every day!

Oatmeal cookies are another healthy dessert you can make in no time. Add your favorite mix-ins and completely change the taste of the cookies. This are great to make ahead and freeze, and you can even make a double batch of the banana oat base and divide the mixture to make a bunch of different types of cookies in no time at all!
3. Frozen Banana Bites
These are super simple and completely addictive. It doesn’t help that they’re bite-sized and delicious. I dare you to eat just a few!
4. Healthy Banana Ice Cream
Banana is such a great base for a ton of different types of desserts. Their smooth consistency provides a great base for ice cream desserts you can customize with pretty much anything you can think of. Fruit, chocolate, peanut butter…the options are endless!
