Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs. organic ketchup
  • 1/8-1/4 cup ground oats

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except for the oats, until just combined and add the ground oats little by little until the mixture holds together.
  2. Gently form patties and grill for 4-6 minutes on each side.
