Easy Honey Almond Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup grass-fed butter or coconut oil, melted
- 1 Tbs. cinnamon
- 2 Tbs. chia seeds
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup-1 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 315 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread oats in an even layer on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the oats with the melted butter or coconut oil.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the oats.
- Drizzle the honey over the oats.
- Sprinkle the chia seeds and sliced almonds over the oats so they stick to the honey.
- Bake the oat mixture for 20 minutes and flip the oats with a spatula to prevent burning.
- Bake for another 10 minutes and remove from the oven to cool. Granola will still be soft after removing it from the oven but will harden as it cools.
