Frozen Banana Bites
Ingredients
- 2 medium bananas
- 1/2-1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1-12 oz. bag of dark chocolate chips
- toothpicks
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Slice bananas into 1/4 in. thick slices.
- Take about a tsp. of peanut butter and put it between two of the banana slices, and use a toothpick down the middle to hold the "banana sandwich" together.
- Put the dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at a time until chips are softened.
- Stir the chocolate chips into a smooth liquid.
- Dip the banana sandwiches into the chocolate either partially or entirely and place them on the baking sheet.
- Fill the baking sheet and freeze the bananas until chocolate is set.
