Dessert Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 gluten free pizza crust
- 1/4 cup unsweetened greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup plain cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbs. stevia
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup kiwi
- 1/2 cup peaches, diced
Instructions
- Put cream cheese in a medium bowl and whip with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Add greek yogurt, vanilla and stevia to cream cheese, and beat until combined.
- Spread greek yogurt mixture on pizza crust in an even layer, leaving a crust of 1/2 inch to make it easier to eat.
- Spread sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and peaches on cream cheese mixture as you like.
- Cut pizza in quarters and enjoy!
